Last updated September 29, 2026. Please read these terms before creating an account or purchasing a Cytolab package.
By creating an account or purchasing a Cytolab hosting package, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Cytolab provides web hosting packages and related features as described on the site. Accounts are provisioned after payment verification and admin approval. cPanel access details are provided through your customer dashboard. Feature availability may vary by plan.
Submitting an order does not guarantee immediate activation. Orders may remain pending until payment is verified. Cytolab may reject orders that cannot be verified, violate acceptable use, or appear fraudulent. Credentials are issued only after approval.
You may not use Cytolab services for illegal activity, malware distribution, spam, phishing, unauthorized scanning, or abusive resource consumption that harms other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Fees are based on the selected package and billing cycle, shown in Kenyan Shillings unless otherwise stated. Coupons apply only when valid and within stated limits. Renewals are initiated from your dashboard; unpaid or expired services may be suspended or removed according to our operational policy.
Where a 30-day money-back guarantee is advertised for eligible shared hosting, contact support with your order number to request a review. Refund eligibility depends on plan terms, abuse history, and whether provisioning resources were consumed. Domain registration fees (if separately charged) are typically non-refundable.
You are responsible for safeguarding dashboard and cPanel credentials, maintaining backups of critical data, securing your website software, and keeping contact details accurate. You must ensure content you host does not infringe third-party rights.
Support is provided via dashboard tickets, contact forms, and published channels. Response times are best-effort and may vary by volume. Include order numbers and clear reproduction steps for technical issues.
While we strive for reliability, Cytolab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from downtime, data loss, third-party software issues, registrar DNS delays, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability related to a paid service is limited to fees paid for the affected service period, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or via account notifications when practical.
