Cytolab provides web hosting and related services. When you use our website, create an account, place an order, or contact support, we process personal information as described below.

We use your information to provide hosting services, process and verify orders, communicate about activation and renewals, deliver cPanel credentials securely via your dashboard, operate referrals and coupons, and respond to support requests.
Payment references (such as M-Pesa transaction codes) and optional proof uploads are used to verify transactions. We do not store full card numbers through this platform. Keep your mobile-money PIN and bank credentials private — Cytolab staff will never ask for your PIN.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate email delivery, infrastructure, or payment verification — only as needed to run Cytolab — or when required by law.
Account access is protected by authentication. Hosting credentials are stored for display in your customer dashboard and should be treated as confidential. You are responsible for keeping your password strong and not sharing dashboard or cPanel logins.
We retain account and order records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting and dispute needs, and comply with legal obligations. You may request correction of inaccurate profile details via your dashboard or support.
We use session cookies required for login and CSRF protection so forms and the dashboard work securely. We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers as part of the core Cytolab product experience.
